Caves St Remy - DESOM

The renowned winery of the DESOM family is located directly on the idyllic "Esplanade", the Moselle riverside promenade in Remich.
With 55 hectares of vineyards, 18 of which are family-owned, the DESOM winery is one of the most important producers of the " Appellation d'Origine Protégée - Moselle Luxembourgeoise".

Chief oenologist Marc Desom, fourth generation of the tradition-conscious family business, is committed to strict quality measures and yield restrictions. The house's quality philosophy guarantees the processing of exclusively hand-picked, healthy grapes. The modern winery was built to work with minimal movement of the harvest and the wines.

Besides the classic white wines of the Luxembourg Moselle, we vinify Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in French oak barriques.
We produce four different Crémant cuvées, which complement each other perfectly and all reflect the perfect know-how.
