Description
This crémant is the driest of the four crémant cuvées of Caves Desom.
It is made from the classic grape varieties Riesling and Pinot Blanc: fresh, balanced and very tangy, a real thirst quencher to be served as an aperitif - or also with fish dishes (tip: scallop carpaccio!) and white meat.) and with white meat.
It pleases with its mineral pithiness and its fruity taste of peach, apple and citrus.
