Return & refund policy
  1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:

    Customers have up to 30 days after receipt of the order to request a return or refund.
    Products must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.
    Once the returned items arrive at our location and is eligible for refund, we send you the money back.

  2. Return Process:

    Customers must contact our support team to initiate a return request. We will then provide you with the necessary information.
    The return shipping costs are covered by GrillSquare.

  3. Refund Method:

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Refusal of Return or Refund:

    Returns or refunds may be refused if the product is damaged due to misuse. Please note that if the product arrives damaged you will be issued a replacement.

  5. Promotional Sales and Discounts:

Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for returns and refunds. Please note that you will only be refunded the discount price and not the full price in case you bought during a promotional sale.

  1. Exchanges:

    If a product is eligible for refund, it can also be exchanged for a new product.

Grillsquare offers portable grills for sale through its ecommerce platform. The grills are made out of aluminium and stainless steel.

Refunds and Returns

Customers have up to 30 days after receipt of the product to request a return or refund.
Refunds are available for our grills.
Products must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact our customer service team here.
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
