The furmint and hárslevelű bunches were sourcing from historical first grow plots around Mád: Betsek, Holdvölgy and Nyulászó. Classical szamorodni method in the winemaking: the bunches contained overripe grapes that had begun to become and were already aszú berries. After destemming and 12 hours’ maceration, it was pressed and fermented. Then the wine aged in barrels for two years, followed by three years of bottle aging before release.
