Garage Kruft – Quality and tradition in comprehensive car care

In 1924, Pierre Kruft founded Garage Kruft; since 1995 Gerry Kruft has served as managing director in the business, which he took over in 2001 from his father Norbert Kruft.

Today the company employs almost 70 people and is a partner of Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, Seat, and Volkswagen-LNF (light commercial vehicles).

The recipe for our ongoing development is primarily customer satisfaction and repair quality—keywords that have earned us several awards (Quality Awards) in recent years.

To maintain this quality standard for our customers and to continually meet the high requirements from manufacturers in terms of technology and service, significant investments in operations and infrastructure are repeatedly necessary. Customer drop-off, the latest lifts and paint booths, a dedicated PC workstation per mechanic, modern online diagnostic procedures and tools that enable online contact with our customers, detailed personnel development plans and regular training for our entire staff, a large fleet of rental vehicles and demonstration cars, and a very extensive accessories program are just some of the most important aspects in this regard.

The very high average scores we have achieved for many years in regularly conducted customer satisfaction surveys confirm that we are on the right track and provide an important motivation to consistently uphold a high standard of quality.
