Artisan pasta making
In 2013, the company Bio-Haff An Dudel, known for its organic chicken production, started an additional activity under the name of Dudel Magic for the sale of chicken products from Bio-Haff An Dudel and artisanal pasta making.
The idea of making noodles came after a surplus of eggs that could not be sold in supermarkets.
By mixing Luxembourg organic eggs and spelt flour, Dudel magic differs from traditional durum wheat pasta and creates a 100% local product.
To protect the environment and keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, our pasta is made with organically grown products that are neither genetically modified nor chemically treated. All Dudel Magic products carry the labels "EU organic logo" and "Made in Luxembourg".

Our Dudel store in Sprinkingen, at the same location as the farm, is open every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 12:30.
