: 65% Syrah, 35% Grenache
Terroir: Grenache and Syrah are planted on schist slopes on plots
up to 400m altitude.
Yields: 20hl/ha
Vinification and maturation: The grape varieties are vinified separately, traditional fermentation, maceration
3 weeks for Syrah, 4 weeks for Grenache, indigenous yeasts.
Aged two years in vats.
Bottled in the cellar by gravity.
Residual sugar: 1.9 g/l
Alcohol: 13.5%/vol
Serving temperature 16°/ 18°
Tasting: Concentrated garnet color. Blackcurrant-raspberry nose, spicy and condiment background, mineral touch
