Vougeot - Clos de la Perrière 1ier Cru - Monopole 2013 - Domaine Bertagna - Burgundy

The vines thrive in this old quarry from which came the stones used to build Château du Clos Vougeot. This gave rise to this delicate wine, focused on pepper and black fruit both on the nose and palate, lush and fleshy, elegantly built on fine and silky tannins and a racy oak (eighteen months aging). Definitely long-lived.

This wine is perfect with: wild boar stew.
