Our genuine pure pork Toulouse sausage, tender and natural, is home-made and hand-grilled in the kitchens of Comtesse du Barry. It is accompanied by real green lentils from Berry Label Rouge, renowned for their melting and their subtle chestnut flavor.
Serving suggestions: Reheat in a traditional oven, or 3 minutes in the microwave.
Our Toulouse sausage with lentils can be mixed with our Berry green lentils and served for two people.
