SAPERAVI QVEVRI 2018, dry red wine, Georgian wine, Kindzmarauli estate, Kakheti region

Wine vinified according to the ancestral method Qvevri (in buried jars). Fermentation lasts 6 to 8 months.
Red wine with an intense garnet color, with violet reflections, of a beautiful brilliance, with a fine violet disk. First nose strongly marked by the vegetable. The second nose is more floral, with rose petals, fine vanilla, and notes of blond tobacco, with aromas of fresh cranberries and morello cherries. The attack in mouth is frank, recognizable presence of barrel, with dominant red fruits aromas, on a warm final. Very complex and elegant wine. Temperature of service at room temperature.
