Description

Rum Canerock is made from Jamaican molasses rum infused with natural spices: Madagascar vanilla beans, Caribbean coconut flesh and a touch of local ginger. Jamaican rums aged from 5 to 10 years are then added, and finally matured for several months in oak barrels. The rum is distilled in column stills at the Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries.
Nose: Rich and complex, with pastry-like flavors of vanilla, coffee and coconut.
Palate: a caramel taste, with hints of sweet spices.
