Tasting note
The deep color announces the character of this wine. Blackcurrant, jammy red fruits will evolve towards animal notes after a few years. Volume, finesse and elegance harmonize in the mouth for a high class Pommard.

Wine-making
Manual harvest in 13 kg boxes.
Manual and selective sorting of the grapes before destemming, crushing and vatting.
Temperature control, punching down and alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts for 15 to 20 days.
Slow pressing, settling and placing in barrels.
Ageing
In oak barrels for 12 months.
Bottling without filtration.
