Salty little green lentils from Berry

A nice balance between pure pork loin and green lentils from Berry Label Rouge, melting and with a light chestnut flavor.

A classic dish skilfully prepared with a pure pork loin with little fat and little salt, accompanied by red label green lentils from Berry. These lentils are considered, in the opinion of the gastronomes, as the most delicate of the lentils for its melting and its subtle flavour of chestnut which delicately perfumes this dish.

Serving suggestions: Reheat in a traditional oven, or 3 minutes in the microwave.

The small lentil salted can be mixed with our grilled Toulouse sausage with green lentils from Berry and served for two people.

It will be appropriate to combine wines with a certain substance such as a Bourgueil, a Morgon or a Madiran.
