The versatile, built-in wine cellar La Sommelière ELYSEE can hold up to 144 bottles in two independently adjustable temperature zones from 5 to 20 °C. Designed for restaurants and event spaces, it combines storage, temperature control, and a polished presentation of the wine list. Its modular interior allows you to organize bottles horizontally, in a tilted position, or vertically depending on storage and display needs. The six presentation shelves highlight the selected cuvées, while the four « label view » shelves keep the labels directly visible to facilitate selection and service. The sliding shelves mounted on rails simplify access to bottles during busy periods. Each zone has a lock to better secure the stored selection. The circulating cooling and the two evaporators promote even temperature distribution in each compartment. The inverter compressor adapts its operation to the cooling needs. The anti-vibration system helps preserve bottle stability. The double tempered glass panels with UV protection and Low-E limit the exposure of the wines to external light. The warm white LED lighting permanently showcases the collection and reinforces its decorative role in the establishment. The door and temperature alarms facilitate daily monitoring. The temperature memory retains settings after a power outage. Vinotag-compatible, it allows you to manage the collection inventory from the app. Front ventilation allows for either freestanding or built-in installation in a compliant layout.
