Domaine Berthet Rayne - Châteauneuf du Pape BIO

The Domaine is located on the left bank of the Rhône between Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Courthézon and Orange to the north, on the terroirs of Chapouin and Coudoulet. The vineyard extends over clay-limestone soils of the Aplpin diluvium with a high proportion of rolled pebbles that make the reputation of this wine.

The vinification benefits from a modern equipment, pneumatic press and destemmer for certain vintages; the fermentation is done under temperature control with the help of a cold equipment. This method of vinification allows us to have fruitier wines and a better conservation.
