Description
Vinification: Vin de pays des collines rhodaniennes, 100% Marsanne grape variety. Harvest sorted and 80% destemmed. Skin contact maceration of 10 to 12 hours. Fermentation for half in stainless steel tanks and half in barrels with thermoregulation from 16 to 20°C. Aged for 9 months partly in oak barrels of 4 to 5 wines and partly in stainless steel tanks. Stirring every 15 days.
Consumption : Pale gold color. An expressive and warm nose: apple, pear compote with touches of vanilla. Nice freshness in the middle of the mouth with a perceptible tension and a touch of salinity and toasted notes. The fruits are highlighted among all these sensations.
To drink within 2 to 3 years. As an aperitif or with freshwater fish, puff pastry, asparagus.
