All the richness of Cameroon, and more specifically of the village of Nkog Ekogo, in a 66% cocoa dark chocolate bar. Notes of tropical fruits such as rose and papaya combine majestically with the aromatic palette of a spicy, woody chocolate, with low bitterness and slight astringency.
A typical chocolate co-developed with Aristide Tchemtchoua, a committed Cameroonian cocoa farmer and president of a cooperative that supplies exceptional cocoa beans grown with respect for the environment and biodiversity. All in all, a bar with a unique taste, low bitterness and delicate cocoa notes.
