Grape varieties: 65 % Grenache, 30 % Syrah, 5 % Mourvèdre


The soil is made up of quaternary alluvium deposited by the Ouvèze river. Calcareous and filtering soil.

The method of culture is reasoned, we respect the ground and the plant.
The mechanical work of the ground supports the aeration and develops the microbial life. The trellising allows a good
exposure of the grapes and a better maturity of the harvest.
The manual de-budding allows to control the yield of the plots.

Attentive to an optimal maturity of the grapes,
the harvest is entirely sorted by hand in the cellar, all the chain of reception of the harvest was conceived to respect the integrity of the raw material.

The wine making is carried out in thermo regulated tanks, the harvest is lightly trodden and destemmed
The pumping over and delestage allow the extraction of colors and phenolic compounds

The robe is ruby purple, the nose is open with a dominant of red fruits, and a touch of black fruits.
The mouth is easy to drink and structured, the final with spicy notes.
