L'Homard Gin

Lobster Gin is part of the Spirits by Design culinary gin range.

For each batch, we meticulously macerate and distill 60 kilograms of wild lobsters, which have been sustainably trapped along the coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. We blend the lobster distillate with a unique gin base and add other distillates such as parsley, lemongrass and malt.

You're sure to appreciate the refined nose of this gin, reminiscent of a luxurious shellfish-inspired bouillabaisse.
