The dark garnet red of this Cabernet Sauvignon is enclosed by a short purple rim. It reveals the scent of intense cassis while also showing hints of cedar. On the palate, it develops the flavors of dark berries and ripe raspberries as well as pickled fruits, coupled with a light touch of bourbon vanilla and dark chocolate. It presents with dry acidity backed by very good support. The tannin is ripe and strong, giving the wine a good structure that carries through to the long, animated finish. Contains sulfites.
