Clay-limestone soils. Mild winter and spring, hot summer and autumn, under Mediterranean influence.
Vinification
Cold pre-fermentation maceration, direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats, temperature control between 16° and 19°C.
Maturing
4 months in vats.
Tasting
Rosewood robe. Fruity, balanced and supple wine. Ideal with salads, white meats, grilled meats and fish à la plancha.
