Cuvée Melusiner - Crémant de Luxembourg

A Crémant in honor of the Luxembourg legend Melusina, mermaid and wife of Siegfried, the I Count of Luxembourg. Like Melusina, the Cuvée Melusiner is "reborn" every seven years.
The "Cuvée Melusiner" is a golden yellow Cremant with a delicate scent of ripe orange, pear and mocha. The taste is unmistakably creamy and complex with toasted aromas, candied pink berries and fine bubbles. A long and complex finish completes the unique taste of Melusiner. 7 years of yeast aging.
Pairing: Foie gras.
