Zeolite - 93% clinoptilolite

Clinoptilolite consists mainly of silicon and aluminum atoms held together by oxygen atoms. When dry, it absorbs a lot of moisture together with other substances, such as toxins or pollutants, and stores them in the hollow interstices. Tuff rock celebrated a breakthrough on the international stage during the not so pleasant events: It was used in the reactor accidents in Chernobyl and Fukushima and, thanks to its exceptional binding capacity, prevented the massive spread of radioactive substances. Indeed, its sponge-like structure allows it to bind and transport substances: Clinoptilolite attracts certain substances, while others are repelled. Thus, the ultra-fine ground powder accepts heavy metals such as lead, mercury or nickel, but also pesticides or mold toxins, and releases calcium, magnesium or potassium.
