"Marque Nationale" raw ham is a smoked raw ham from the Boucherie Salaisons Meyer, made from 100% Luxembourg pork brand Marque Nationale. It reflects the know-how and experience of 4 generations of master butchers. It is characterized by a perfect maturation period of at least 14 months, respecting the rhythm of the seasons. The impeccable raw material, the natural spices, the salting technology, the production time, the maturing period and the long storage give it its unique character. Its taste is very sweet, intense and perfectly rounded on the palate. It reminds you so much of the taste of ham. Homemade product. Gold medal at the IFFA competition in 2010, 2013 and 2016.
