Raw smoked nut ham: a noble product of the sausage industry, obtained from a lean muscle and prepared without bones from Luxembourg pork ham. The production is based on an old-fashioned production recipe, i.e. a very short dry salting with a mixture of natural spices. The product is matured for a few weeks in our drying rooms and in the smoking room. You can enjoy the nut ham on a good slice of bread with quality butter. Cut thinly into slices. Homemade product.
