PREPARATION
Mix 1 scoop (35g) with milk or water to prepare a high protein shake. Also ideal to bake some delicious and protein riche muffins or cakes.
How many shakes can I drink per day?
It is generally recommended to consume about 0.8g of protein per kilo bodyweight per day. To support strength training and maintenance of muscle mass, 1.2-1.6g are recommended.
For elderly people, it is recommended to consume up to 2.0g
