In our Riesling "Privilège" 2022, we find nuances of floral and fruity notes (of citrus fruits, white flowers), as well as a mineral structure that will become more pronounced with time. This Riesling is a perfect wine for ageing.
Recommended accompaniments: Sea bass with salt crust, "Riesling paschtéit" with small green salad and vinaigrette.
