Les Santenots, Premier Cru de Volnay, à la particularité d'être localisé sur la commune de Meursault. Il donne des vins de grande garde, structuré et long en bouche.
Vinification : Vendanges manual en caisses, tables de tri,
100% grappes entières, fermentation en cuve durant 15 à 18 jours, 1 à 2 remontages journaliers et 1 à 2 pigeages durant la fermentation qui se déroule sans intrant, assemblage du jus de presse et du jus de goutte, entonnage avec les lies fines, malolactique en fût.
