This salty-tasting VOLCANO Etna Dirty Gin originated from the concept of recreating the Dirty Martini by infusing Volcano Dry Gin with a subtle olive brine.

We meticulously macerate Nocellara dell’Etna DOP olives in brine with VOLCANO Etna Dry Gin and follow it with a special step, where we add a light touch of extra virgin olive oil, introducing a spicy and subtly piquant note to the blend.
