The volcán del Chingo is a volcan located on the border with Guatemala. The coffee trees grow on a rich volcanic soil in the shade of other trees like teak and pine. The coffee cherries have time to ripen slowly and progressively in the shade of the sun.
"To the nose, the grind is pleasant with aromas of caramel, lemon, milk chocolate and nuts. The cup is smooth around gourmet chocolate flavors with a caramel finish."
