The elephant:
No other animal is as popular as the elephant. Admired for its majestic size and loved for its proverbial friendliness, we meet it every day in the form of a soft toy for children, a fairy-tale character, but also a heraldic animal.

Development:
Charles and Ray Eames also succumbed to the magic of these pachyderms and developed a plywood toy elephant in 1945, which was never mass-produced. In the synthetic version, the Eamen elephant is accessible for the first time to the target group for which it was originally developed: Children!

Whether as a toy (also outdoors) or as a nursery object - the friendly-looking animal with its oversized ears will delight the hearts of children as much as those of their parents.
