The Fazenda Sertao, run by José Isidro, is located 1100 meters above sea level and has a very low temperature of 18°.
The coffee plants grow on slopes with a gradient of up to 50%, which protects the beans from fungal infections and guarantees a tight, smooth ripening process.

The Tutebatti is so often enjoyed in the classic Schockela-Noss style. As an all-rounder, it is best enjoyed on a fully automatic machine, as it can be enjoyed as an espresso or as a lungo.
