The first nose is dominated by peach and guava aromas, before revealing a delicate marriage of spices, fresh fruits and honey. The tasting highlights all the spirit of Trois Rivières aged rums: rich, mineral and subtle, Trois Rivières Triple Millésime 2001-2005-2011 marks the presence of a structure with the right tone. The aromas of macerated fruits, zests and citrus fruits and sweet spices that make up its profile prove to be particularly delicate. The finish is exceptionally long and powerful.
