The Dalmore 12 years old 40°. Highlands

The Dalmore is a non-peated whisky with a coppery amber color, on the nose it is very expressive, vegetal and malty. On the palate, a nice balance between sweetness and bitterness, it is greedy and supple while confirming the orange aromas already present on the nose. It continues on walnut and a delicate salty note for a long and herbaceous finish (menthol, chlorophyll), it ends on a persistent salt point.
