The featured painter in this series of mugs is my grandfather Jean-Pierre Calteux (1911-1983), one of the most famous and popular Luxembourgish artists of his time. He studied at the School of Decorative Arts in Strasbourg and won the City of Strasbourg Prize in 1932.
