The artist featured on this series of mugs is my grandfather Jean-Pierre Calteux (1911-1983), one of the most famous and popular Luxembourg artists of his time. He studied at the Ecole des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg and won the Prix de la Ville de Strasbourg in 1932.
