With its plantations in the Cayo region of western Belize, surrounded by unspoilt flora and fauna, the Maya Mountain cooperative is also recognized for its exemplary traceability and positive impact on local communities.

On the palate, a clean attack mingles delicately with the sweetness of spices and notes of ripe fruit and licorice, finishing with a light vegetal bitterness.
