Zölveltelini, thus Grüner Veltliner from Sopron, former capital of Burgenland, on the Austrian border. Vineyards overlooking the lake, on a soil full of schist, carefully selected grapes - these are the ingredients for this wine, fermented in old tuns, aged "sur lie" and bottled without filtering.
Nose on spices and stone. Fat and creamy, dense texture throughout. White fruit, some quince and lots of spice on the palate as well. Remarkable balance. Drinkable between 2021 and 2025.
