The painting of the teddy bears is by Jean-Pierre Calteux (1911-1983), one of the most famous and popular Luxembourg artists of his time. The artist painted the teddies of his grandchildren to make them happy and to immortalize the cute cuddly toys. Now they can bring a smile to the faces of even more children. By purchasing this product, you are supporting my life's work and helping me to revive the myth of my grandfather.

WE MAKE YOUR BAG

Each individual bag is printed by my production partner (Contrado) and made on site in their London workshop using high quality materials and inks. Using the latest sublimation technology, they print the painting onto panels of high quality faux suede fabric. The special feature of this process is that the printing inks bond with the fibers of the fabric. The result is a long-lasting and colorful print that does not affect the soft surface of the material. The fabric is cut and sewn by hand in Contrado's in-house tailor shop. All of this is done in their workshop, giving them complete control over the excellent quality of the item.

CARE INSTRUCTIONSThe

toy bag can be cleaned in the washing machine on a cold wash. To maintain the soft pile, we recommend brushing the dried surface with a clothes brush from time to time. Alternatively, carefully wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
