Sperli Sweet pea Sweet Horizon

The sweet pea Sweet Horizon is characterized by long, tender, stringless pods. The medium-late to late variety is sown directly into the open field in April or May and is ready for harvest from June to August. The wonderfully sweet-tasting pods are 9 to 10 cm long and around 2 cm wide. Sweet Horizon feels most at home in sunny to semi-shady locations that do not allow waterlogging. Fusarium, powdery mildew and scorch cannot harm it. However, to improve the stability of the 60 to 80 cm tall plants, it is advisable to mound them up when they are young.
