Strawberry spinach SPERLI's Red Goose is a vegetable from grandmother's time and can be used young as spinach: cooked, frozen or for salads. Strawberry spinach was cultivated in European gardens for centuries until it was replaced by spinach. After flowering, a row of bright red, juicy fruits form, which resemble strawberries but have no flavor of their own. In the past, the fruits were used to decorate dishes. SPERLI's Red Goose is also an unusual balcony and pot plant with ornamental value. The variety is suitable for cultivation outdoors and in greenhouses. Sowing in sets is recommended in order to always be able to harvest.
