Sperli Eggplant Galine F1

The Galine eggplant is a very early, high-yielding F1 hybrid. It produces beautiful glossy fruits in a black-purple color, which are approx. 15 to 20 cm long and can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen. As a parthenocarpic, i.e. self-pollinating variety, Galine is reliable in terms of fruit set and yield. Under favorable conditions, the vigorous plants grow up to 1.5 m tall. They are suitable for greenhouse and outdoor cultivation and feel most at home in sunny, sheltered locations. Regular watering and fertilizing are beneficial for the harvest yield. In the harvest period from July to September, the fruits are ripe when they yield to light pressure.
