2. How do I switch it on/off?

There is a small button on the front above the word 'Press'. The button is very hard to press so your pet cannot accidentally turn it on or off.

3. How do I know whether it is on or off?

When the Soundshield is on, it blinks green from time to time. If it is off or the battery is dead, it does not light up.

4. Which dogs is it suitable for?

Since Soundshield™ is 100% chemical-free, it can be used for dogs ALL AGES, including puppies,
older and sick dogs or pregnant female dogs. Please note that Soundshield™ is used for prevention of vermin and does not eliminate pests on an infested animal. Soundshield™ is for pets that live with their humans.
It is not suitable for dogs that are either already heavily infested with parasites or living in an environment where
they are constantly confronted with a high population of ticks and fleas.
