The sustainable suppression of algae mass development in the pond is an important prerequisite for a biological balance in the water. AlgoSol forte is particularly highly concentrated and acts extra-fast against algae. AlgoSol forte has proven itself as a first aid measure for stubborn and massive algae blooms, especially in green water (floating algae). The SpektroSorp light filter reduces the light yield of the algae in the pond and thus their ability to photosynthesize. The algae die quickly. As a result, the carbonate hardness in the pond is no longer used up as much, the buffer capacity in the garden pond is maintained and excessive pH value fluctuations are prevented. AlgoSol forte is free from humic acids and does not affect the performance of your filter in the garden pond. Our application and dosing recommendation: For optimum results, use in the morning. Dilute the dose with at least 20 times the amount of pond water (e.g. in a garden watering can) and add evenly to the pond. Avoid contact of the undiluted product with aquatic plants. No side effects on fish, plants and amphibians are known when used correctly. Fish can remain in the pond during treatment. 50 ml AlgoSol forte to 1,000 liters of pond water. AlgoSol is recommended for blue-green algae infestation. Special instructions If the pH value of the pond water is above 8.6, the effectiveness of AlgoSol forte against algae is reduced. In this case, it is advisable to lower the pH value with TeichFit , TeichStarter or Premium KoiStabil before using AlgoSol forte. Interesting to know: At the recommended dosage of 50 ml AlgoSol forte per 1,000 liters, there is an average of 300 µg of copper sulphate in every liter of pond water. Use algaecides carefully.
