The Snappi diaper clip revolutionized cloth diapering over 26 years ago. It was already a practical and reliable way to keep cloth diapers in place without the need for safety pins. Today, the Snappi is still a great accessory for any parent who wants to diaper with muslin diapers or prefolds.
Snappi comes in two sizes. It is made of a stretchy and non-toxic material, is T-shaped and has small hooks on all three ends. These hooks claw into the fabric of the diaper, guaranteeing a secure fit while providing plenty of freedom of movement. A waterproof
overpant must always be worn over the cloth diaper. This keeps the moisture inside the diaper and also protects the Snappi from children's hands.
When the diaper is fastened with a Snappi, the fabric is looped around the baby in the process. This is especially useful with the breastmilk chair, because so everything stays safely in the diaper. The overpants also hardly get dirty this way and need to be washed less often.
Before using the Snappi for the first time, it should be stretched a little in all directions.
When putting on the Snappi, always hold the flat piece at the end and do not pull on the rings (see video).
It is important that the Snappi is not used on children who can already take off their diaper/overpants themselves! To avoid injury, the Snappi must only ever be used by adults. So please keep out of reach of children!

Clean the Snappi with warm to hot soapy water.
Do not machine wash with the diapers as the hooks may damage the diapers!
