Pruning from a distance requires a reliable and versatile saw. The 390 mm long curved saw blade of the Hayauchi is equipped with Silky's unique 4-RETSUME teeth. These teeth cause great wood loss, so you can saw through the thickest branches very quickly and give you the flexibility to saw in all directions in relation to the wood grain. Ideal for larger jobs! The saw blade is adjustable at two different angles for high and low cutting.

The two sickles on the saw blade cooperate for optimal trimming results. The lower sickle allows you to undercut the bark so it doesn't tear off the trunk when the branch falls. The upper sickle helps you keep the saw blade in the saw cut. You can also use the upper sickle to cut small branches from the trunk or pull small (dead) branches from the tree.

Because the aluminum bar is oval shaped, you have very precise control over the direction of the saw blade, which you need when cutting at high altitudes. In addition, this shape gives more strength and rigidity along the full length of the pole saw and reduces bending to a minimum.

The two locking mechanisms (push buttons and levers) combine to provide the most secure and stable locking of the preferred bar length. The bottom bar section is covered with rubber for a comfortable and secure grip. The bumper on the bottom protects the bar from shocks.

The name Hayauchi is made up of the Japanese words for 'fast' (haya) and 'saw' (uchi).
