Description

For this universal seasoning, we use IGP Grey Guérande Salt, hand-harvested in Brittany and untreated: its grey color is the guarantee of a natural product.

We add pieces of dehydrated summer truffle for a blend to be used on hot or cold dishes (carpaccio and tartar of fish and meat, cheese, pasta, meat fillets, foie gras, sushi and sashimi).

Serving suggestions: Ideal for seasoning hot and cold dishes such as meat, eggs, fish, risottos and pasta as well as salads, cheeses or when preparing a vinaigrette or a cream. This Guérande salt with summer truffle will be excellent on sushi or foie gras.
