the Scotty Rocket Launcher 470 is easy to use and can be tilted in 16 positions (each 22.5 °) by the included Scotty Rod Holder Mounting Bracket 412. The Scotty Rocket Launcher 470 is supplied in conjunction with a Scotty Lock Down Mounting Bracket 241L, which is for mounting on deck or on the side of the boat. This pedestal mount features a push button locking function to provide high stability of the rod holder in conjunction with the pedestal and therefore the fishing boat.
