Liquid charcoal, ready to use, can be diluted with water, for dust-free, even large-scale charcoal painting, charcoal drawing and charcoal underpainting. For different structures and layer thicknesses, for painting and drawing on paper, painting board and canvas.

With high-quality gum arabic as a binder and pigments of natural origin, elaborately obtained from charred fruit kernels from the EU region. Unique, vegan charcoal nuances with a gouache-like consistency.

Liquid charcoal can be smudged and removed with water depending on the surface and layer thickness, better adhesion than charcoal. As a thin underpainting (e.g. in oil painting), less soiling of subsequent colors than with conventional charcoal.

Application: Pure from the tube or diluted with water, also ideal for large-area charcoal painting. The smudging and removability depends on the surface of the substrate, the smoother and firmer, the easier it is to change. Preliminary tests recommended. Can be combined with charcoal.
