Fusible adhesive thread is optimal for hemming with invisible seam and can be processed with overlock as well as sewing machine. On overlock machines, the thread is placed in the lower hook. The thread is first used to serge the cut edge of the fabric in a wide zigzag stitch. Then the hem is folded inwards and ironed from the outer side. This is how easy it is to create a perfect hem with an invisible seam. If a mistake is made during ironing, the fusible adhesive thread can be loosened once again with steam and ironed on again.
